Returns & Refunds Policy:

We do not accept returns on items that have been opened (if product has a seal that has been took off). However if your item is faulty we will replace it or if your order is incorrect we will send out what is missing and would ask for the incorrect item to be returned. Please note we only replace an item if this is within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can request to cancel any orders made that are still awaiting processing and you will be refunded. If your order is marked as processing it is possible to still cancel your order unless it has either been already packed/processed and ready to ship, if it is still processing but has left our office to go to the post office we cannot cancel. If you have purchased a personalised item and it has already been made, unfortunately you are not able to get a refund but any other items in the order as long as they have not be packed/processed can still be cancelled/refunded.

Any orders already marked as shipped can’t be cancelled/refunded.

Incorrect address:

If you have put the incorrect address and it has been shipped, we are not responsible for what happens with the parcel however if the parcel is returned back to us, we will reach out to you and we can correct the address... here at meggilashes we understand every one makes mistakes and we are human so if you have put the incorrect address and it gets returned to us we will not be asking for money to pay another postage fee. 

Any orders made outside the UK please be aware custom charges may apply, unfortunately this is out of our control. If you do not want to pay customs & your parcel gets returned, we can refund you the amount for the products however shipping will not be refunded.
